Yes — and it is not a preference, it is the requirement: without a line of your own there is nothing for OTOWOTO to call from, and the system will not work at all. You connect the VoIP (SIP) line you already have, in the panel, and we place the call over it — your carrier, your minutes, your number. Nothing about the line changes: the number your customers already know goes on ringing, and you can add a second number so a colleague’s phone rings alongside yours and whoever answers first takes the call.

One line of code. Copy the snippet from your panel, paste it into your site once, and the widget is live — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, a framework or hand-written HTML, it makes no difference. It loads asynchronously, so it never holds your page up.

Your name, your colours, your logo and your own consent text, with 30 launcher skins to choose from. You decide where it sits, when it opens, which pages it appears on and which countries may call. On higher plans the OTOWOTO badge comes off completely.

Nothing is lost. The number is saved in your panel as a request, so you can call back yourself whenever you are free. And because the visitor is only dialled once you have answered, they are never left waiting on a phone nobody picks up.

You do. We use it for exactly one thing, connecting that call, and it sits in your panel as a request. We do not sell it, we do not market to it, and we do not hand it to anyone else. The visitor ticks your own consent box before it is sent, and the widget sets no tracking cookies on your site.

You set your opening hours in the panel and OTOWOTO keeps them: outside those hours nobody’s phone is rung, and the refusal is ours to make rather than a button’s. The widget can hide itself completely or stay up and keep taking requests — either way, what arrives while you are closed is waiting in your panel in the morning.

The call goes out over your own VoIP line, so the minutes are your carrier’s, at your carrier’s rates — we add nothing per call on top. You also choose in the panel which countries may ask for a callback, so you are never dialling a country you did not want to talk to.

No. The engine is around 50 KB gzipped, loads asynchronously and never blocks your page from rendering — the widget appears after your content, not before it.

Every plan has a daily callback allowance — the number is on the cards above — and each request counts against it, so one visitor cannot run through your line. The consent box is a deliberate second step too: a request takes a number and a tick, not one bored click.

No. OTOWOTO connects calls, it does not record them. There is no recording to store, to hand over or to leak — and nothing for you to disclose to the person you are talking to.

Each plan covers one website. For a second site you add a second subscription, and note that a site’s domain is fixed when it is created — a key cannot be moved to another domain from the dashboard, so write to support if you ever need that.

It keeps serving until the end of the period you have already paid for, then pauses quietly. Your site is not broken and nothing has to be taken out of your code — the line of script simply stops drawing a widget.
